Wabash Children and Family Ministry
Mission Statement: Following God’s lead, in partnership with parents, to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
“And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ - to the glory and praise of God.” Philippians 1:9-11
Families Worshiping Together
We value family, both the physical and the spiritual and we believe worship is more complete when the whole family worships together. We treasure children and believe they are a valuable part of “Big Church”. We are not bothered by the sound of children in worship. We encourage kids to worship with their families. There is no substitute for children seeing their parents engaged in worship and being part of corporate worship. We also believe parents know the needs of their children best and offer nursery and children’s church options during the sermon portion of the service.
