Wabash AHG Troop #1911

Wednesdays | 6:30pm - 8:30pm | Year round

Troop #1911 is aiming to support local Christ centered families to help disciple strong, faithful, and confident daughters. This character development program uses service to others, outdoor experiences, family involvement, recognition of new skills, and fun to achieve its mission. Our troop here at Wabash runs alongside the Trail Life Troop #1911 for boys, so there’s discipleship opportunities for the whole family at an easy and convenient place and time. The program year runs from June through May, meeting on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Girls from Kindergarten through 12th grade are welcome.

Pathfinders are aged 5-6 and learn what it means to be an American Heritage Girl. They are taught fundamental faith lessons and new life skills.

Tenderhearts aged 6-9 grow in their faith while participating in troop activities, service projects, outdoor adventures, and learn perseverance.

Explorers, aged 9-12, have greater responsibilities as well as opportunities for life skill achievements, leadership, and service.

Pioneers are 12-14 years old and are given a chance for their Christian leadership to develop as they serve within the troop and community as examples to the younger girls.

Patriots, from 14-18, develop maturity for adulthood by making more decisions within their unit, deepening friendships through shared adventures, and exercising their faith in Christ.
